I have really hard water and find that even with the frog system it is hard to get the levels even most of the time. But I do love my spa.

Awesome hot tub. Very comfortable and has a variety of water therapy in each of the five seats. Really enjoy the two lounges too.

I got this hot tub to help relieve some stress and sore muscles. It was a good price. The lounge seats are a little short for me. But not horrible. Would buy again.

This is the third spa I have purchased and they have all been Watkins spas. Thought I was a pretty good buyer but guess again. I was surprised the first time I went out with a glass and found no place to set it. Not a single flat spot in the spa. Then my wife got in and found it hard to breath. She is only 5' 3" and all the lounge spots are for taller people. It works great and we will have it for 16 years like the last one but wish we had sat in it before we got it installed.

In regards to needing extra height for the lounger, I can recommend a spa seat. Your local dealer can help you with that option. I will also email you information about the seats.
Since all spa seating and configuration are different it is recommend to sit in the spa for the best fit. Glad to hear the spa is working well.

Very comfortable hot tub. Jets work great. It would be nice to have some lower back jets. I am 5' 4" and have to sit on my feet to get the Lowe back massage. The waterfall would be much nicer if the light bar actually included a light! Some sort of a filter cover i.e. to set drinks on. The frog system seems to work quite well. We enjoy sitting in the tub 3 - 4 times a week.

My wife and I 2 years ago got this spa to replace an older spa we had for many years...we looked at the Caldera spas..wow ! the lighting and water fall are cool, the seats are the best..we love it! IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A SPA...CALDERA IS THE ONE.We have the Torino good price easy to maintain and have had little to no trouble with it....go get one!!

It works as advertised, when hooked up to 240 volts. My wife has a number of physical problems and a soak is just the trick.
With the Frog cartridges, it is almost maintenance free. The cover is much better than our previous spa. It has withstood some severe winds without budging.
I highly recommend this spa.

I make sure to enjoy my tub everyday I'm home & compared with more expensive toys I own, this is the best bang for my buck. Since it's my first time owning a tub, I can't compare the experience as far as energy efficiency, however I'm happy with the tub overall

Hi there,
Just purchased one of these, awaiting delivery this week to Eagle River. Do you have your on 110 or 220? We are planning on 110 and was wondering your thoughts on going through an Alaskan winter with this set up? Is it enough power for you? Does the water stay warm enough?

Thanks for the feedback. I can't wait to hear from you again once you realize just how nice it is to soak in hot water during the hectic holiday season coming up. The Tarino can be enjoyed with the jets running and for a quiet soak in still water at times. If you find that the 110v hook-up doesn't meet your needs, give the dealer a call and have it converted to 220v. Happy Hot Tubbing!

We had our spa for 3 months and we love it. We had a few problems regulating the Bromine with the frog, but seem to be on the right track now. Overall we are very satisfied with our spa.

We installed this hot tub at a vacation rental we own and have been very happy with it. We did have one issue with the control panel failing but it was under waranty and a new one was installed in less than a week. I do like the built-in sanitaion
system. It is nice for the vacation rental guests not to have to add chemicals.
