I use this tub every possible day! Absolutely love it. Very easy to maintain. My favorite time to use it is in the winter when its around 26degrees F. Awesome!

We are a young 30's couple who spent weeks shopping for our hot tub, we ended up at pioneer pool and spa in London Ontario
Sales staff showed us exactly what we were looking for, no hassle, didn't try to get us over budget,
The Tarino fits our budget perfect, the variety of seats works well, seems to hold the temp great and no large increase on our hydro bill. The fact that our purchase included everything we needed was great, came with deliver, install, GFCI and chemicals, they even through in a cover cradle

We love the spa. I want to add accessories immediately. I am having a bit of trouble finding the bluetooth system it boasts about as it was not in the store demo model we bought from ACE during a great sale. We're in it every night even in 20 degree weather. I go in tired and come out refreshed.

I had an older model other brand spa indoors but could not repair it so looked initially for another smaller model to replace it. Once I found the Tarino model I decided to purchase it and place it outdoors. It has been very easy to maintain and I have been pleased with this model. I currently have an issue with the control board that is covered by the warranty but I am having an issue with the dealer that sold it to me (Burlington N.C.) in getting the service work completed. I have contacted Caldera directly and am hopeful they can help get this corrected.

Same control panel and service issues

We are having the same problem with our dealer. The control panel isn't functioning properly and we are getting limited information from the dealer on what is wrong and what needs to be replaced. This is the 3rd issue with the tub and we have had it less than 2 months. We have a Makena though. For the money and the "service" we have not been treated well for all the problems and not being able to use the tub.

after moving to a smaller house we need to replace our previous spa, it was 13 years old. The Vacanza Tarino was the perfect fit, two loungers for us and enough room for additional guests if needed. I love the 110V corded option, super easy to install myself. I have not missed the extra power of the 220V option. Super easy to clean and maintain. Also very efficient.

We are so happy with our first hot tub purchase. It has helped stiff and tired muscles at the end of a long day. Love the two loungers and foot jets. If I could change anything it would just be to add more jets or having the option to add jets at a later time.

This is the third Watkins product we have owned. The first two were hot spring jet setters we had to sell when we relocated. Both those hot springs are still in use. The first purchased twenty years ago.

I had a larger coleman tub prior to this Tarino tub and have not been disappointed. This tub with only 1 motor is excellent and is surprisingly powerful considering all the jets it has. They are strong and can all be on simultaneously and are very relaxing. The lights bring the tub to another level and the usage of chemicals once the water is right is simple to maintain. I barely notice any increase on my power bill as I have it hooked up to a 220 line (must remove power jumper for 220VAC on input terminals and also to ensure the heating element works on high power you need to set J3 soft jumper to +. You do this by holding SW1 switch on the tub control board for about 5-7 seconds and pressing “set” button till it shows J3 and simply press temp up button. Then press SW1 program button again and it resets the tub and enters in the new soft jumper setting. I had to call Watkins about this so I hope this helps others who hook their tubs up to 220VAC lines). All in all, this tub is great, cover is high quality and the shell and outside panels are great, durable and easy to clean. Zero complaints and 100% satisfaction. I would buy another if I had room for it.

Very nice spa tub. Very different from our previous hot tub from years ago. A little difficult to get the temp to be exactly where you want it but otherwise perfect. We have only missed one night in it since our purchase about 1& 1/2 months ago. My husband is a little troubled about the offer of free steps and cover lifter AFTER he liked your Facebook page and had already made his purchase.This offer was good on Labor Day only. We purchased steps at the time we purchased the tub. How about a break for your existing new customers.

This spa has surpassed my expectations in every way. The lounge seats are magical and relieve stress instantly. The quality of the spa itself and the multiple accessories I have with it are wonderful! The care of the water is unbelievably easy, it is way simpler and quicker to do than I ever would have thought. I think the best surprise that came from owning my first spa is the fact that my energy/electricity bill barely went up $20 a month! Seriously, the energy efficiency of Caldera Spas is amazing and further solidifies the investment!

I have just replaced my old spa for the Tarino. Great looking spa. Would like to see more Powerful jets at the second lounge and the seats. One jet is just not enough. It's ok for 2 people that like powerful jets. The corner seat and first lounge are great, the rest need more jets (lower back). Had problems with keeping the temperature. After an hour plus it drops by 4 degrees with the jets on. Still love the Quality. It also needs places to put your drink.

I got my hot tub just over a month ago. I have used it every day except 3 days so far. It is extremely comfortable- has 2 loungers and seats are very comfortable. Plenty of jets throughout. Easy to take care of and looks beautiful in our yard.

Good for colder climates?

We recently purchased a Tarino--it's a beautiful spa but it is 6 degrees F outside here in Chicago right now, and we can't get the water to reach its set point of 100 degrees, presumably because of the low wattage. Does anyone else from northern states/cold climates have this issue? Is there a fix?

I enjoyed hot tubs during the 80's and 90's but went without form 2000 to 2021. I missed having our own hot tub. We decided to purchase one in 2021. It took a long time to get here, but we are enjoying it.
This is my wife's first hot tub. She loves it. I honestly think the old ones were more comfortable and easier to get into than this one. (But maybe because I was 20 years younger then). I am 78.

The PRO's - The cost of ownership is very low electrically and chemical wise. The water is extremely easy to balance and our supplier was a huge help. Super relaxing, comfortable, jets are strong, and overall nice appearance.
The CON's - We have had several issues with ours out of the gate. These issues were covered appropriately under warranty and i was told were typical due to the shipping and such (pressure switch, temp sensor errors). We had/have an issue with our shell (interior) showing a blemish 3m after install and we are awaiting Watkins/Caldera's corrective action response to the warranty but feel it will be taken care of based on previous experience.
Overall - This is a company (Watkins) I will consider sticking with.
