We have really enjoyed the spa. The only problem we've had is trying to keep the bromine level right. The spa is very comfortable and the jets really work the muscles and make them feel good and relaxed!

Saltwater tub was supposed to be so easy to care for. I have owned my tub since September 2021 and have not yet been able to equalize my chemicals. I take in samples and they say they are ok and go home and do this and I do it and I still am not getting it. Also, I was told that the saltwater tubs generate gas chlorine. and apparently they do. but you still have to put liquid chlorine in as well.

Bought the tub 4 months ago and for 3 months I have had a non-functioning salt system. It still doesn't work and Caldera is not providing the support to get it fixed. Now I need to find out what actions I can take to recover my wasted money.

It is a pain in the butt to try to get water regulated.

way too deep, some of the jets stopped working along with the waterfall. Disappointed.

We are very unhappy with our caldera spa. After weeks of breaking out in rashes (all 5 people that got in the tub), we decided to return the tub. They came out to drain it, clean it and fix it and we all broke out again. Very unfortunate situation. Returning spa:( We do not know why this happened and either does anyone we've worked with!

It may have been the bromine.

We have had hot tubs for over 25 years always using chlorine. Our Caldara spa made me break out in a rash that took a week to get over. After doing a water change and changing from bromine to chlorine, not a single rash problem.
