We are a young family who enjoys using our tub, almost on a daily basis. It's been fun with out having our children play in the tub while we relax.

We bought this to replace an old unit that was at the home when we purchased it. Store, sales person, company all excellent. Would buy another OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

We use ours throughout the Phoenix cool season, and are really happy with its performance - took a little while to figure out water care, but once you've got it, it's not too difficult. It's wonderful for soothing stiff muscles and joints after working out. The only thing I didn't expect was having to purchase an inexpensive submersible pump to drain the spa, since I found the 'gravity' method to be inefficient.

The majority of energy usage is during the initial heating of a recently filled tub. Once your spa reaches temperature, the design features of the spa should help maintain that temperature with minimal energy use.
We recommmend monitoring this information over the course of a couple months and to contact your local dealer or us here at Caldera at 800-669-1881 if there are concerns.

We enjoy our spa and highly recommend this product. The sales man was helpful and was more interested in meeting our needs than selling us the most expensive spa. It was a good choice and we are glad we bought Caldera. We research spas and the sales man (Jerry) helped us even more. No problems with the installation and care.

My wife suffers from Fibromyalgia and scoliosis and purchasing this spa has enhanced her health dramatically. We enjoy our spa immensely and it is a great relaxation tool and a great idea to invite friends over to enjoy, considering it seats up to six! Thank you Caldera!!!

Didn't think I would injoy one so much. Wish the water drain was plumbed outside ,threw a door that would not freeze.
The door panels need to be hinged. The electrical panel needs to be higher and more accessable. I am 55 yrs old and I hate being on my knees to work on things. It's a lot of fun.Thanks Brad.

I love my spa~~had another type for 13 years~~but this Caldera spa is much more user friendly~~i use it every day~~first thing in the morning ~~just lay back and let the jets work their magic~~and in the evening back in again~~and relax~~so far we have had no problems~~easy to maintain~~and seems to be very easy on the electric bill~~~would recomened this to anyone~~my daughter and son in law purchased one after useing ours~~

We are very happy with our Caldera Spa. It took us lots of research and comparing to make our final decision to purchase a Caldera and we haven't been disappointed at all. We use our spa at least 3-4 times per week, sometimes with guests and sometimes not. There is always plenty of room and all the seats are very comfortable. The controls are very easy to use and the variation in the jet strength is a huge plus for us. I would definately recommend this spa.

The spa worked great for 2 months then the spa kept shuting off. Since the company I purchased it from went out of business, I had to deal with Watkins directly. They worked with me, however I kept getting the wrong part sent. Spa works but hasn't heated up for 2 months. I do not fault the spa and the quality. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Both my wife and I love our hot tub it has given us many hours od relaxation. My wife has a bad back and the heat and jets really help to relieve the pain. We ( My wife and 8 year old son and I ) spend time in it year round.

We use our Spa every day. It is great for my husband and I to use the spa every night. It is the perfect time to relax and talk about our day. Sitting out there surrounded by trees, and lanterns in the trees are just the right touch. If it had been a stressful or busy day, it all disappears watching the stars.

Our Marino spa has out performed our expectations. Everything works as advertised and up keep cost is minimal. We couldn't be happier with the product and the features. My only recommendation would be adding the colored lighting to the waterfall.
